Typing Tutorial – Includes a coaching model that includes supportive feedback—and because everyone learns differently, it has a built-in option to tone it down or turn it off. – Professional interpreters and translators to all languages. The office is in Glastonbury but patrons can scan and send documents and pay online or by phone. They also provide Interpreters who can accompany customers in hospitals, courts, schools, immigration offices, etc…

JM Translations & Services – Language Services in Spanish, French, Chinese, Haitian Creole and Turkish. Local and qualified interpreters; Native linguists; on site or on the phone.


United States Citizenship and Immigration Services – U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) is a component of the United States Department of Homeland Security (DHS).

U.S. Customs and Border Protection Forms – As a service to our public and the trade community, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has made available electronic forms that can be completed online, saved and printed.

Ancestry Library Edition –  available for use through any computer in the library, including laptops using our free wifi network.

Family Search – The Otis Library is a FamilySearch Affiliate library. Since stopped microfilm ordering, many digitized microfilms at have a message that states they may only be accessed at a Family History Center or a FamilySearch Affiliate Library.  Patrons can access these restricted records through the library’s wi-fi by using one of our computers, or by using your own computer connected to our wi-fi.
