Mobile Printing Available at Otis Library

Print from anywhere, from any device.

With our Envisionware Print Service, you can use your personal computer or mobile device to print to the library’s printer from anywhere. Simply submit documents for printing and come to the Otis Library to release and pick up your document.

How to print from laptop or desktop computer at home or work:

  • Begin by visiting http://bit.ly/2wqwszO
  • Select the printer and enter your email address.
  • Browse your computer to find and select/attach the file you wish to
    print.
  • Click the green print icon (You will see the status of your print
    job and a reference number).
  • Visit the Business Desk at Otis Library and ask a librarian to release your Print Job.
  • Pay for your print – .15 for black & white, .50 for color

How to print from tablet or smartphone app:

PrinterOn offers easy and convenient on-the-go mobile printing. You now can print from any Internet connected or Wi-Fi enabled device.

  • Visit your device’s ‘store’ for apps. Install and launch the free PrinterOn App.
  • Tap Search. Search for Otis Library
  • Select Otis Main Library Color Printer or Otis Main Library Black & White Printer
  • Because all devices are different, you must follow the instructions on your device to
    continue printing.
  • After following your device’s instructions: Tap print
  • Enter an email address and click OK  (Tap the check-mark, you will receive a notice that the job started, and shortly after another message stating “Job Success”).
  • Visit the Business Desk at Otis Library and ask a librarian to release your Print Job
  • Pay for your print – .15 for black & white, .50 for color

Note: Print Jobs sent remotely need to be picked up on the same day before closing.
